On Saturday, 22 May 2021, the Eurovision final took place. We were able to follow the event from Det Akademiske Kvarter thanks to Studentersamfunnet i Bergen, which organised one of its first meetings there since the pandemic started.
After waiting several years, France finally got a good result, finishing 2nd with their Voilà title from Barbara Pravi. Norway had a more disappointing result, and ended the night in 18th place. This is despite the fact that TIX has enjoyed great success recently.
